Job Description
Associate Support Analyst assisting customers remotely in troubleshooting technical issues while collaborating with experienced team members. Ideal for those beginning their IT career.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Experiencia en servicio al cliente o soporte técnico es deseable
- Familiaridad con sistemas de tickets, aplicaciones en la nube o sistemas operativos es un plus
