Job Description
Analista de Sistemas de Automação providing technical support for IT infrastructure and client requests. Responsible for technical guidance and documentation for operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, development, deployment and ongoing execution of technical support activities for ICT users and Infrastructure Sustaining Services, both remotely and on-site, including guidance and clarification of doubts, receipt, logging, analysis, diagnosis and handling of client requests, problem resolution, service implementation, migrations and technology transfers, execution of periodic procedures, and control and updating of documentation aimed at supporting ICT infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT).
- Must prove, through records in the Work and Social Security Card (Carteira de Trabalho e Previdência Social) or by a declaration from a public or private institution where they previously worked, experience in the specified specialty in critical corporate environments with high availability.
- ITIL 4 training with a minimum duration of 12 (twelve) hours.
- Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher.
- Official RHCJA (Red Hat Certified JBoss Administration) certification or the Official JBoss Application Administration I course.
- Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) course with a minimum duration of 15 hours.
