Job Description
Bilingual trainer implementing PBS dealership management software for automotive fixed operations. Delivering virtual and onsite customer training across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of PBS software and related training processes
- Gain proficiency in data entry and key operational tasks
- Independently manage and deliver assigned training sessions within the primary silo
- Become an independent resource for software installations
- Prioritize tasks independently and demonstrate accountability
- Handle assigned DTO Cornerstone tickets in a timely manner
- Provide customer service by navigating and demonstrating the PBS Dealer Management System
- Maintain positive, solutions-focused customer relationships
- Respond promptly to internal and external training requests
- Document tickets and escalate issues to the appropriate teams
- Stay current with evolving process documentation
- Share knowledge across silos and contribute to team learning and development
- Expand product knowledge and participate in cross-training opportunities
- Support a collaborative and positive team environment
- Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities
Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- 1–2 years of experience in a car dealership environment, focused on Fixed Operations
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools
- Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
- Valid passport
- U.S. visa, if applicable
- Valid unrestricted driver's license
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Outstanding documentation abilities
- High School Diploma
- PBS software experience is a strong asset
- Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions is a strong asset
