Job Description
SAP change manager and trainer helping federal clients adopt SAP solutions. Developing readiness, communications, training materials, and user workshops for sustained system use.
Responsibilities:
- Assess stakeholder needs, process changes, organizational impacts, and readiness for SAP releases.
- Develop change management, communication, engagement, and training plans aligned with project milestones.
- Create role specific training materials, job aids, demonstrations, and accessible learning resources.
- Deliver virtual training and workshops and prepare designated client staff to support other users.
- Collect feedback, assess learning outcomes, and track adoption measures to identify support needs.
- Coordinate readiness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least five years of experience working on the SAP platform.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting federal government programs.
- Experience leading change management and training activities for SAP implementations or enhancements.
- Strong facilitation, instructional design, stakeholder communication, and virtual training delivery skills.
- Experience with SAP Student Lifecycle Management (SLcM) and Federal Department of War (DOW) programs is preferred.
- Secret Clearance eligible.
