Job Description
Bilingual automotive sales trainer delivering PBS dealership software training and implementation support. Serving customers virtually and onsite across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert training and support to new and existing customers in the Sales module of PBS Dealer Management Software
- Conduct primarily virtual training sessions in English and French
- Guide customers through the software implementation process
- Provide onsite training for new software installations
- Navigate and demonstrate the PBS DMS system while delivering excellent customer service
- Independently manage and deliver assigned training sessions
- Become an independent installation resource
- Develop thorough knowledge of PBS software and training processes
- Respond promptly to internal and external training requests
- Perform data entry and related operational tasks
- Maintain current knowledge of evolving departmental process documentation
- Share knowledge across silos and contribute to team learning and development
- Expand product knowledge and participate in cross-training
- Support a collaborative and positive team environment
- Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities
Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English, including speaking, reading, and writing
- 1–2 years of experience in a car dealership environment, focused on Sales
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools
- Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
- Valid passport or capacity to obtain one
- Full, valid, unrestricted driver's licence
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Outstanding documentation abilities
- High school diploma
- PBS software experience is an asset
- Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions is an asset
