Job Description

AVP leading enterprise strategic finance, corporate development, and M&A for Mosaic Health’s national primary-care platform. Driving valuation, integration, capital allocation, and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide financial strategy initiatives driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation
  • Partner with executive leadership and regional business leaders on strategic initiatives and performance improvement
  • Develop financial frameworks and business cases for strategic investments and enterprise transformation
  • Advise senior executives on financial implications of strategic business decisions
  • Lead enterprise financial modeling, strategic planning, capital allocation, long-range forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
  • Establish executive-level KPIs, dashboards, and financial performance metrics
  • Analyze P&L performance drivers and identify profitability, efficiency, and ROI opportunities
  • Provide executive reporting and recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees
  • Develop and execute corporate development and acquisition strategy with the Chief Growth Officer
  • Lead financial evaluation and due diligence for acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and growth opportunities
  • Develop financial models, valuation analyses, sensitivity analyses, and investment scenarios
  • Lead financial workstreams across opportunity assessment, diligence, valuation, transaction structuring, integration planning, and post-close value realization
  • Prepare executive presentations, investment committee materials, board-level analyses, and strategic recommendation memoranda
  • Lead financial integration planning and monitor milestones, synergies, and financial performance
  • Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and execution risks during integration
  • Build partnerships across Finance, Operations, Strategy, Clinical Leadership, Legal, Human Resources, and external advisors
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across business units and executive stakeholders
  • Foster analytical rigor, continuous improvement, collaboration, and strategic thinking

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, strategic finance, management consulting, or a combination
  • Experience leading complex mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions from evaluation through integration
  • Advanced financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, and strategic analysis expertise
  • Experience developing executive-level financial presentations and investment recommendations
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline
  • Preferred: CFA, CPA, or other relevant professional certification
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare services, value-based care, provider organizations, or payer environments
  • Preferred: Experience supporting private equity-backed healthcare organizations or high-growth healthcare companies
  • Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models, value-based care economics, and provider operations
  • Executive-level financial strategy and business acumen
  • Expert financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and capital allocation analysis
  • Deep understanding of mergers and acquisitions, transaction execution, and integration planning
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, strategic planning, and enterprise performance management
  • Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business recommendations
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and governance committees
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for executive and board audiences
  • Strong project leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment with evolving priorities

Benefits:

  • Base salary range of $158,804.00 to $238,207.00
