Job Description
Lead Generation Specialist researching hospital decision-makers and executing SendGrid/Odoo outreach campaigns. Supporting sales growth for a Philippine custom-manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and build lists of verified hospital contacts based on target roles, titles, and regions
- Conduct manual research to validate contact information and relevance
- Develop tailored outreach messaging based on pain points and campaign objectives
- Execute email campaigns using platforms like SendGrid aligned with Odoo
- Monitor, manage, and respond to lead replies to nurture them through the pipeline
- Maintain consistent tone and messaging aligned with the company’s brand
- Track campaign performance and report on lead quality, objections, and interest
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and target segments
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices to avoid blacklisting, especially with healthcare servers
- Record and submit a short introductory application video answering the specified questions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or email outreach (healthcare industry preferred)
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with SendGrid, Odoo, or similar CRM
- Clear, persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable handling large data lists and segmenting based on target criteria
- Prior experience generating leads within hospitals or the healthcare industry preferred
- Experience integrating CRM data for outreach and reporting preferred
- Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent
- Minimum 4.00 GB RAM
- Windows 10 or Mac OSX; no Linux, Unix, or other operating systems
- Internet speed of 5.0 MBPS or higher for both primary and backup connections
- Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port
- Webcam of at least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
- Video application must be 2–3 minutes, maximum 4 minutes, answer all questions in order, use camera and clear audio, and preferably be recorded from the normal work environment
