Job Description

B2B Sales Executive focusing on strategic client acquisition and relationship-building for an AI solutions company. Aiming for high-value business deals and client portfolio expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new clients and develop business opportunities (100% Hunter profile)
  • Open strategic accounts and expand the customer portfolio
  • Lead consultative sales meetings with decision-makers
  • Identify client challenges and present solutions tailored to their needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closing
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to generate new business opportunities
  • Update and track the sales pipeline using CRM

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B consultative sales
  • Demonstrated Hunter profile with a focus on prospecting and generating new business
  • Active portfolio of B2B clients and a strong network in the corporate market
  • Consistent track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented
  • Resident of the state of São Paulo
  • Advanced English for communication with global companies
