Job Description
Bid Manager coordinating and managing tenders and offers for a growing IT services company. Leading teams to successful project completions and developing optimal offer strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Are competitions your passion? Do you enjoy the challenge and lead our expert team with drive to secure successful contract awards?
- You evaluate and manage the handling of procurement procedures and tenders.
- You support proposal preparation by involving all relevant stakeholders and maintain continuous communication with internal and external contacts.
- You develop a strategy for each bid to maximize our chances of success and put together unbeatable proposal packages — both commercially and technically.
- You are able to meet deadlines and formal requirements while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements:
- A completed degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent vocational training
- Experience in preparing and coordinating bids and tenders, preferably in an IT services environment
- Enjoyment in drafting customized tender texts
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of common contract types (e.g., work contracts, service contracts); experience with EVB-IT contract templates is an advantage
- Excellent German language skills (C2 level or native)
