Job Description
Senior Remote Property Manager leading a diverse portfolio of short-term rentals across Europe. Maximizing occupancy, optimizing operations, and delighting guests from a remote office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day property operations across multiple locations in Europe
- Coordinate bookings, calendars, and guest communications seamlessly
- Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and property readiness to ensure top-quality stays
- Maintain outstanding guest reviews and satisfaction metrics
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies to boost occupancy and revenue
- Track market trends and competitor activity to continuously improve performance
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and operational efficiency
- Leverage property management systems (PMS) and automation tools to streamline operations
- Keep calendars, bookings, and operational data fully updated and accurate
- Ensure full compliance with European rental regulations and local laws
- Apply industry best practices for operational efficiency and risk mitigation
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing short-term rental properties in Europe or international markets
- Strong operational skills in pricing, bookings, and end-to-end guest management
- Tech-savvy with experience in property management software and automation tools
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
- Multilingual skills (French, German, Spanish, or English) are a plus
