Job Description
Grants Manager managing regranting processes and supporting Grants officers for DDP programs. Ensuring compliance with grants procedures and providing guidance to the Grants team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Grants officers in overseeing the regranting process
- Develop and track grants’ annual planning
- Coordinate with program members regarding calls for application
- Verify and validate partner contracts
- Monitor applicant files
- Liaise with Tech Officers to maintain Hypha application portal
- Ensure compliance with Hivos/DDP grants procedures
- Manage and guide Grants Officers team.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in grants management
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of grants procedures and regulations
- Experience with budget management
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in database management and reporting tools
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
