Job Description
Capacity Building Manager supporting DDP initiatives across Africa and Latin America. Responsible for developing support models and networking with local organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and facilitation to DPFs
- Stay updated on contextual and technological changes
- Contribute to online DDP platforms and manuals
- Support DMEAL information gathering and sharing
Requirements:
- Experience in capacity building, organizational development, or related field
- Strong networking and facilitation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
