Job Description
Suporte ao cliente através de múltiplos canais na Effecti, focando na inovação e eficiência ao lidar com licitações. A posição é remota com flexibilidade e ênfase em colaboração.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via email, chat, WhatsApp, phone and remotely in a prompt, practical and efficient manner so users feel confident and their questions are answered satisfactorily.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and comprehensive knowledge of all applications within the Minha Effecti system, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Analyze department processes and routines to propose and implement best practices for using the Minha Effecti tool.
- Organize and keep support records up to date to ensure customer requests are answered and to perform follow-ups.
- Stay up to date on legislation and regulations related to public procurement/tenders and monitor sector updates.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of public procurement/tenders.
- Comfortable working with technology.
- Experience in customer service.
- Interpersonal skills, empathy, and strong verbal and written communication.
- Experience with the Minha Effecti platform is a plus.
- Familiarity with platforms such as: WhatsApp, Movidesk, 55PBX, AnyDesk, Loom, Notepad++, Slack, Google Workspace.
