Job Description

Bilingual Customer Service & Administrative VA providing administrative support to a multi-location insurance agency. Facilitating client communication and supporting operational functions remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound phone support and route inquiries to appropriate departments
  • Assist with renewal tracking and general administrative tasks
  • Monitor incoming tickets through the agency’s CRM system
  • Track daily policy renewals and verify payment completion
  • Update client records and maintain client lists
  • Support internal team workflows using documented SOPs

Requirements:

  • Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish)
  • Reliability, professionalism, and punctuality
  • Positive attitude when interacting with clients
  • Familiarity with structured processes with defined SOPs
  • Ability to manage multiple inbound inquiries and administrative tasks simultaneously
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center roles
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with insurance agencies or financial services (a plus but not required)
