Job Description
Bilingual Customer Service & Administrative VA providing administrative support to a multi-location insurance agency. Facilitating client communication and supporting operational functions remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound phone support and route inquiries to appropriate departments
- Assist with renewal tracking and general administrative tasks
- Monitor incoming tickets through the agency’s CRM system
- Track daily policy renewals and verify payment completion
- Update client records and maintain client lists
- Support internal team workflows using documented SOPs
Requirements:
- Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Reliability, professionalism, and punctuality
- Positive attitude when interacting with clients
- Familiarity with structured processes with defined SOPs
- Ability to manage multiple inbound inquiries and administrative tasks simultaneously
- Prior experience in customer service or call center roles
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with insurance agencies or financial services (a plus but not required)
