Job Description

Customer Service Rep for Manitoulin Transport assisting customer inquiries via phone/email/chat. Bilingual in English and French required for this full-time remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with all their inquiries via phone/email/chat (ie. tracing/tracking requests, etc.)
  • Scheduling & confirming pick up's
  • Follow up on interline requested pick up's
  • Co-ordinating with other departments/terminals to ensure customers' requirements are being met
  • Assisting sales

Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual (Able to speak and write fluently in both English and French)
  • Professional writing & phone skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work as a team & individually
  • Excellent communication
