Job Description
Customer Service Rep for Manitoulin Transport assisting customer inquiries via phone/email/chat. Bilingual in English and French required for this full-time remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with all their inquiries via phone/email/chat (ie. tracing/tracking requests, etc.)
- Scheduling & confirming pick up's
- Follow up on interline requested pick up's
- Co-ordinating with other departments/terminals to ensure customers' requirements are being met
- Assisting sales
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (Able to speak and write fluently in both English and French)
- Professional writing & phone skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work as a team & individually
- Excellent communication
- Reliable
