Job Description
Bilingual Customer Service Expert providing support to retailers with exceptional service in French and English. Engaging clients and promoting new products while maintaining strong relations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the product range and the customization options offered to retailers.
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences based on their target market.
- Deliver exemplary customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
- Understand customers' challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Analyze customer requirements and convert insights into tangible sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to support customers in addressing their challenges.
Requirements:
- High school diploma (DES) or equivalent (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required to support Francophone and Anglophone customers across Canada and internationally.
