Job Description

Act as a first contact for a Swiss premium client in the food industry, providing customer support for inquiries and concerns. Role involves professional assistance and communication in Swiss German and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for a Swiss premium client in the food industry
  • Provide professional customer support for a variety of inquiries and issues

Requirements:

  • Swiss German language skills at a minimum C1 level; English at B1 level is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
  • Computer literacy
  • Reliable home internet connection — minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload (antenna routers and 5G routers are prohibited)

Benefits:

  • Permanent employment with a full-time contract (40 working hours per week)
  • Fixed salary of 4,000 KM gross + hot meal allowance (14.5 KM net per working day) + transport allowance (60 KM net)
  • Full-time contract from the first day of training
  • Paid 4-week training in our Sarajevo office — accommodation, transport and all expenses covered by TP B&H
  • Opportunity to earn additional monthly bonuses of up to 500 KM gross
  • Additional pay for work on public holidays or for voluntary overtime
