Job Description
Act as a first contact for a Swiss premium client in the food industry, providing customer support for inquiries and concerns. Role involves professional assistance and communication in Swiss German and English.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for a Swiss premium client in the food industry
- Provide professional customer support for a variety of inquiries and issues
Requirements:
- Swiss German language skills at a minimum C1 level; English at B1 level is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment
- Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
- Computer literacy
- Reliable home internet connection — minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload (antenna routers and 5G routers are prohibited)
Benefits:
- Permanent employment with a full-time contract (40 working hours per week)
- Fixed salary of 4,000 KM gross + hot meal allowance (14.5 KM net per working day) + transport allowance (60 KM net)
- Full-time contract from the first day of training
- Paid 4-week training in our Sarajevo office — accommodation, transport and all expenses covered by TP B&H
- Opportunity to earn additional monthly bonuses of up to 500 KM gross
- Additional pay for work on public holidays or for voluntary overtime
