Job Description
Bilingual Spanish-English representative resolving healthcare customer inquiries for TP, a global digital business services provider. Handling communications, de-escalations, payment assistance, and sales objectives remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media
- Resolve customer questions and concerns
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible payment processing
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Meet defined sales objectives
Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Superior negotiating skills
- Ability to collaborate with team members, supervisors, and support departments
- Outstanding communication, listening, and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
- Ability to work within a structured schedule that includes a variety of shifts
- Sharp critical thinking skills
- Dedicated workspace near the router for a hardwired Ethernet connection
- Minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- ISP latency under 50ms
- Internet connection cannot be satellite, mobile data/hotspot, P2P, or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
