Job Description
Healthcare customer service representative resolving client inquiries for TP, a global digital business services provider. Handling phone, email, chat, social media, payments, escalations, and upselling.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients through inbound and outbound communications.
- Use web-based tools to resolve customer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Field customer inquiries by developing innovative responses to questions, issues, and concerns.
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media.
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues.
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible payment processing.
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting.
- Provide feedback on call issues.
- Upsell when required.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
- Dedicated workspace located near the router to support a hardwired Ethernet connection.
- Internet speed of minimum 15 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload, with ISP under 50ms.
- Internet connection cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.
- Proof of internet speed required.
- Ability to follow established procedures and demonstrate customer-service focus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support departments.
- Outstanding communication, listening, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
- Open-minded approach to feedback, evolving policies, and a structured schedule with varied shifts.
- Sharp critical thinking skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- College degree preferred but not required.
