Job Description
Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator supporting Canadian pharmaceutical patient treatment programs. Coordinating appointments, medication delivery, patient records, communications, and treatment paperwork remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track patient appointments to ensure timely and continued access to treatment
- Liaise between clinics, pharmacy, and the Haven team regarding scheduling changes and medication coordination
- Process post-infusion/treatment paperwork by entering patient data and uploading documents into internal and external CRM systems
- Oversee invoicing related to post-infusion/injection/treatment paperwork
- Respond efficiently and courteously to calls, emails, and voicemails
- Build relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams
- Provide cross-coverage administrative support for the Haven Program, including safety data, fulfillments/reviews, communications, field staff support, reports, data cleanup, meetings, filing, and general office administration
- Manage inbound faxes and email communication
- Report Adverse Events and Severe Adverse Events according to SOP guidelines
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Grade 12 education combined with 2 years of community college, secretarial and/or equivalent work-related experience providing office administration services
- 2 years of community college, secretarial and/or equivalent work-related experience providing office administration services
- Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and customer service skills
- French/English bilingualism is required
- Accurate data entry into paper and electronic forms
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment
- High proficiency with information technology, computers, software, Microsoft Office, phone systems, and databases
- Typing skills and ability to use various computer-based programs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage changing priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling patient data and information
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
