Job Description
Bookkeeper overseeing financial operations and reporting for a global sales training organization. Involves invoicing, payroll, and supporting CPA tasks with a focus on accuracy and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Invoicing, collections, and managing a seven-figure A/R
- Expense management and vendor payments (DEXT)
- Payroll and commission processing (Gusto, 2x/month)
- Monthly reconciliations and financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Estimates and progressive invoicing in QuickBooks Online
- Maintaining accurate, timely financial records and improving processes
- Supporting our CPA with clean, organized data for tax prep
Requirements:
- 5+ years full-charge bookkeeping/payroll experience
- Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online Advanced
- Experience with modern expense/payroll tools - DEXT, Gusto, preferred
- Proven ability to manage A/R and handle collections professionally with large clients
- High attention to detail and process — you take pride in getting it right
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling priorities
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
