Job Description

Agile Business Analyst facilitating digital banking enhancements through agile methodologies. Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to drive customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to gather, refine, and prioritize user stories and requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Analyze current digital banking processes, identify pain points, and recommend enhancements leveraging agile methodologies.
  • Support automation, digitization, and regulatory compliance in solution design.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and validate solutions that meet business and customer needs.
  • Develop stakeholder maps and communication plans tailored to agile project environments.
  • Support the creation and execution of test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and continuous feedback loops.
  • Maintain agile documentation (user stories, process maps, release notes).

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst on agile projects, preferably in financial services or digital banking.
  • Proven track record supporting internet/mobile banking initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Proficiency in agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
  • Experience with process mapping (BPMN), user story writing, and backlog management.
  • Clear understanding of technical concepts, including familiarity with APIs, mobile/web technologies, and SDLC.
  • Data analysis and visualization skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies (e.g., BABOK).
