Job Description
Business Analyst at Just 4 Veterans Enterprise, driving data-driven decisions for e-learning solutions. Collaborating on business processes and innovative improvements for veterans' career advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications to improve e-learning solutions for veterans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven strategies that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of educational programs and propose improvements.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather insights, validate requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to management and relevant departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role within the e-learning industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
