Job Description

Workforce Management Analyst ensuring compliance with WFM standards and developing service level standards at GDIT. Collaborate with teams to enhance workforce management processes and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with management and operations team to ensure compliance with WFM standards
  • Contribute articles to Newsletter publications to improve communication with site leadership
  • Collaborate with operations team to develop service level standards
  • Monitor attendance and schedule adherence
  • Perform continual analysis of current performance and conduct real-time re-forecasting
  • Create and publish training and work schedule scenarios
  • Manage changes to schedules to ensure adequate daily resource coverage

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College/University
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and technical aptitude skills
  • Experience with Genesys Workforce Management software (Genesys Cloud is a plus)
  • US Citizenship or Green Card required
