Job Description
Workforce Management Analyst ensuring compliance with WFM standards and developing service level standards at GDIT. Collaborate with teams to enhance workforce management processes and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with management and operations team to ensure compliance with WFM standards
- Contribute articles to Newsletter publications to improve communication with site leadership
- Collaborate with operations team to develop service level standards
- Monitor attendance and schedule adherence
- Perform continual analysis of current performance and conduct real-time re-forecasting
- Create and publish training and work schedule scenarios
- Manage changes to schedules to ensure adequate daily resource coverage
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College/University
- 10+ years of related experience
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and technical aptitude skills
- Experience with Genesys Workforce Management software (Genesys Cloud is a plus)
- US Citizenship or Green Card required
