Job Description
Lead Oracle PIM Technical Lead responsible for the technical design and implementation of product data management solutions in a leading communications firm. Drive technical aspects to ensure accuracy and consistency of product data.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Oracle PIM solution
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members
- Establish and enforce development standards and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality
- Design and configure Oracle PIM modules to meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain custom extensions, integrations, and reports within Oracle PIM
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle PIM
- Perform system performance tuning and optimization
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle PIM releases and features
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across Oracle PIM and related systems
- Implement data quality rules and processes
- Manage data migrations and conversions
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle PIM and other enterprise systems
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution
- Manage technical deliverables and ensure timely completion
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle PIM
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle PIM and inventory technical development and implementation
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle PIM modules
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Java
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar integration technologies
- Experience with web services and APIs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
