Job Description
Business Analyst leveraging experience in business analysis to translate needs into data-driven solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams for successful analytics projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for analytics solutions
- Translate business needs into clear data requirements and work with data engineers and analysts to ensure delivery
- Review dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
- Support data governance and ensure data quality and consistency across analytics products
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand business processes and identify areas for optimization
- Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for analytics projects
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success of analytics initiatives
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity.
Requirements:
- 5 years MINIMUM of experience in business analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a must.
