Job Description
Business Analyst supporting UK-based employer in identifying business needs and delivering data-driven solutions remotely. Ideal for a proactive South African professional with 3+ years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the gathering and analysis of business requirements across departments
- Handle process mapping, gap analysis, and solution documentation for key business initiatives
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
- Maintain accurate records of requirements, user stories, project documentation, and change logs
- Use relevant tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, and business intelligence platforms
- Support the wider team with project delivery, stakeholder workshops, and UAT coordination
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and drive business value
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in requirement gathering techniques, process modelling, and documentation tools
- Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
- Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment.
