Job Description
AI Business Process Analyst at Lead Surge reviewing workflows to recommend AI enhancements. Collaborating cross-functionally to help implement AI-driven solutions in the home improvement industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive review of every department and its associated workflows
- Interview team leads and individual contributors to understand workflows
- Evaluate documented processes through the lens of AI applicability
- Work closely with AI Solutions Architect to translate process insights
- Support change management efforts by documenting new AI-assisted processes
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in business process analysis or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required
- Strong working knowledge of AI options, capabilities, and limitations
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience working in performance-driven environments; familiarity with media, marketing, or lead generation is a plus
