Job Description
Business Analyst supporting data-driven insights for workplace wellness. Working remotely in Brazil to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Create reports and provide insights and learnings to all stakeholders;
- Diagnose, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets;
- Create and maintain dashboards to track customer activity and support team productivity;
- Identify specific business and process improvement opportunities;
- Assist with project management for selected projects;
- Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes;
- Test business processes and recommend improvements;
- Query data and create user-specific data reports;
- Filter and clean data by reviewing reports to locate and correct issues;
- Collaborate cross functionally to prioritize business needs and complete ad hoc analysis projects;
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve new processes.
- Monitor business metrics.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree;
- English knowledge to participate in meetings, read and write in the language;
- Previous relevant experience with dashboards, reports and data analysis;
- Advanced Excel knowledge;
- MySQL knowledge with desire to improve proficiency;
- Self-driven with a goal-oriented attitude (Hands-on Approach);
- Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
- Good communications and presentation skills;
- Ability to manage and handle data confidentially;
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
