Job Description
Functional Analyst supporting corporate applications and business areas from home. Engaging in AMS and ensuring compliance with quality management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide AMS (Application Management Services) support for corporate applications
- Elicit, document and analyze functional and business requirements
- Support business areas in using the systems
- Map and optimize organizational processes
- Support initiatives related to Enterprise Quality Management (EQM)
- Work on Enterprise Content Management (ECM) processes
- Support audit activities and risk management
- Prepare functional documentation and operational procedures
- Perform queries and analysis in SQL Server databases
- Interact with technical teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements
- Other routine tasks within the area.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst
- Knowledge of EQM (Enterprise Quality Management)
- Knowledge of ECM (Enterprise Content Management)
- Experience in Risk Management
- Experience with audit processes
- Experience with SQL Server (queries, data analysis)
- Experience in system support/AMS
- Good communication skills for interacting with business areas
- Completed Bachelor's degree
