Job Description
Business Analyst role consulting on AI and digital solutions for banks and insurance companies. Involves project planning, client interaction and continuous improvement processes.
Responsibilities:
- Exciting projects with well-known banks and insurance companies
- Advise our clients in our focus areas: AI, Banking (Neo Wealth Management, Embedded Finance) & Crypto
- Analyze business processes, identify optimization potential and develop solution concepts
- Design customer applications, plan and execute projects
- Work closely with our clients and internal teams to successfully complete projects
- Actively contribute to internal processes and best practices to continuously improve our consulting services
Requirements:
- Desire to help develop both client engagements and the firm in a small boutique consultancy
- At least 2 years of professional experience in consulting, fintech, an agency, an exchange, or a bank
- Strong technical background, technical understanding, or programming skills
- Knowledge of digital trends and technologies in the financial sector – AI, Neo-Wealth Management, Embedded Finance or Crypto
- Experience developing digital strategies and implementing digital projects
- Strong results orientation and willingness to perform
- Degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Finance or a comparable qualification
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High willingness to learn and desire for professional development
- Team player with an independent work style and strong client orientation
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
