Job Description
Business Analyst working with clients to improve healthcare outcomes using innovative technology. Collaborating to document needs, translate requests, and manage coding systems effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the client and team members
- Research, validate and document business needs
- Ensure items are prepared for client meetings
- Assist with translating client requests
- Document updates for all reference updates/changes
- Work with the systems team on assigned system changes
- Assist with quarterly and annual CPT, HCPCS and diagnosis code updates
Requirements:
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst with healthcare claims experience required
- A Certified coder is preferred
- Proficiency in CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain manual documentation and support provider notifications
