Job Description

Business Analyst supporting content and document management initiatives at Gainwell, leveraging strong SQL and analytical skills to deliver solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support enterprise content and document management initiatives by performing a dual role as a Business Analyst and Data Analyst.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and map end-to-end solutions within the C3M, FileNet, and CMOD domain.
  • Elicit and document business and functional requirements, validating change requests, and ensure appropriate testing strategies and implementation plans are in place.
  • Audit solution changes to ensure quality, compliance, and operational readiness.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Proven experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Strong domain knowledge and hands-on experience with C3M (Customer Communications Management), IBM FileNet, and IBM CMOD (Content Manager OnDemand).
  • Ability to map business requirements to end products and technical solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams to validate design, implementation, and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of change management, including reviewing and auditing change requests for completeness, impact, and feasibility.
  • Ability to assess and validate testing practices, ensuring adequate coverage and alignment with business requirements.
  • Experience reviewing and validating implementation and deployment plans within the content management domain.
  • Strong documentation skills, including preparation of BRDs, FRDs, data mappings, process flows, and use cases.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
