Job Description

Management Analyst in charge of evaluations for federal public health programs at VA, focused on suicide prevention initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert analysis and actionable recommendations to VA management on the effectiveness and efficiency of large-scale public health programs and suicide prevention operations.
  • Plan and conduct organizational studies and gap analyses
  • Design, execute, and synthesize findings from surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques
  • Document and deliver clear, concise findings and recommendations through written reports, briefings, and presentations tailored to VA stakeholders and program leadership.
  • Support sprint-based project delivery by contributing to workplan development, milestone tracking, and rapid-cycle analysis tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, policy, and data subject matter experts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in management analysis, program evaluation, or a closely related field
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related discipline required.
  • Prior experience supporting federal agency clients
  • Ability to obtain and maintain VA facilities access
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in documenting analytical findings and delivering recommendations through structured reports, executive briefings, or similar professional deliverables.
