Job Description
Oracle-savvy Business Analyst for global ERP transformation program at SGS, focusing on Oracle Fusion R2R modules and finance processes.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a functional expert for Oracle Fusion R2R modules (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, SLA)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with the global R2R template
- Run workshops, process walkthroughs, and fit-gap analyses with SMEs and implementation partners
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and design documentation
- Support solution design, configuration review, data migration preparation, and integration validations
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing across multiple regions
- Support global rollout activities, hypercare, and continuous improvements
- Partner with Group Control and Finance leaders to ensure accurate financial processes and reporting
- Work closely with Oracle SI partners and internal tech teams to ensure scalable, standardized solutions
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, SLA)
- Participation in at least 3 Oracle ERP implementations
- Strong understanding of R2R processes and finance controls
- Experience with business analysis tools & techniques (process flows, user stories, requirements gathering)
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to collaborate in a global, multi-time-zone environment
