Job Description

Business Analyst providing Organizational Change Management services for a client Case Management project at Capio Group. Responsible for change management planning, implementation, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) services, consultation, and support for a client Case Management project
  • Document project goals and objectives; conduct an assessment of the current state of the program
  • Develop a Change Management Plan including a roadmap for managing change
  • Work collaboratively with the client Project Team to implement components of the change initiative
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings, check-ins and communication with stakeholders regarding project status
  • Document and deliver a Change Management Closure Report for the project

Requirements:

  • At least five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects within the last ten (10) years
  • At least three (3) years of experience in business systems analysis and design within the last ten (10) years
  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree
  • At least three (3) years of working knowledge and experience applying Organizational Change Management methodologies to an enterprise-wide IT project within the last ten (10) years
  • Must be able to provide a client/user end reference contact information for each applicable project meeting the requirements upon request
  • A copy of the degree must be provided upon request.
  • Within the last five (5) years, a minimum of three (3) years of working knowledge and experience with implementation and deployment of a new software system within the Health and Human Services field is desirable.
  • Possess a current Organizational Change Management Certification. A copy of the certificate must be provided upon request. May not be substituted with additional experience.
