Job Description
Business Analyst in Risk Management at EY, collaborating with global clients on risk transformation projects. Analyzing data and supporting decision-making in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Risk, Business and Technology teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Support transformation programs across all Risk functions, ensuring alignment with regulatory and strategic objectives.
- Perform detailed data analyses to support risk reporting, modeling and decision-making.
- Work with AWS-based data pipelines to extract, transform and validate data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Qlik.
- Document business processes, data flows and functional requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage work items using Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of Credit Risk, Market Risk and Treasury Risk concepts and frameworks.
- Experience in financial and risk transformation programs.
- Proficiency in data analysis, including querying, profiling and interpreting large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with AWS data pipeline tools and services for data validation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Qlik for data visualization and reporting.
- Familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps.
