Job Description
Business Analyst analyzing marketplace performance, reporting, and insights for Cars & Bids. Collaborating across teams and translating complex analysis into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze auction performance, seller funnels, pricing, and sell-through
- Build and maintain SQL-based dashboards used by leadership
- Analyze seller acquisition, retention, and lifecycle metrics
- Work with data from static sources, databases, data, and CRM systems
- Measure marketing and funnel performance
- Translate complex analysis into clear insights for stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in analytics, consulting, finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets; expert in SQL
- Advanced Excel and PPT skills; Experience with CRM data (Zoho or similar)
- Intellectual curiosity and strong business judgment
- Clear communication with non-technical audiences
