Job Description

Gerente de Negócios managing client relationships and leading sales processes in the technology and automation sector. Focused on client engagement and business development across Brazil.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on relationships with senior leadership;
  • Lead and manage the sales process across all stages;
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities in the target market;
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners, manufacturers, and distributors;
  • Prepare account plans, commercial proposals, presentations, and periodic forecast reports.

Requirements:

  • Required experience in technology sales and process automation;
  • Required experience servicing end customers and managing a client portfolio;
  • Target-driven and focused on achieving goals;
  • Experience in the B2B market selling value-added solutions;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal support teams (pre-sales to post-sales);
  • Ability to defend technical and commercial proposals;
  • Must be engaged as a legal entity (PJ/contractor);
  • Own vehicle required;
  • Prior experience working in the Northeast region.
