Job Description

Gerente de Negócios managing client relationships for SEAL SISTEMAS, Brazil's largest mobile solutions integrator. Seeking candidates with technology sales experience focusing on client management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on relationships with senior leadership;
  • Lead and manage the sales process across all stages;
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities in the target market;
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners, manufacturers, and distributors;
  • Prepare account plans, commercial proposals, presentations, and periodic sales forecast reports.

Requirements:

  • Essential experience in technology sales and process automation;
  • Essential experience serving end customers and managing a client portfolio;
  • Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving goals;
  • Experience in the B2B market selling value-added solutions;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal support teams (pre-sales to post-sales);
  • Ability to defend technical/commercial proposals;
  • Engagement on a contractor basis (legal entity / PJ);
  • Must have own car;
  • Previous experience working in Goiás and/or Minas Gerais.
