Job Description
Business Partner acting strategically in leadership decisions and people management processes. MAinly working in a tech-oriented B2B environment with a focus on performance and development.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic consultant to leadership, influencing decisions on organization design, talent, succession and performance.
- Lead and sustain core people-management processes, such as performance evaluations, development, succession planning, engagement and career plans.
- Identify organizational risks, behavioral patterns and development opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analyses (people data, metrics, listening and scenario analysis);
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data (People Analytics, climate surveys, turnover, eNPS) to produce diagnoses and structured action plans.
- Support leaders in building high-performing teams, challenging them on organizational health, management gaps and culture.
- Collaborate with other People teams (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, People Ops, Internal Communications) to ensure coherence, scalability and alignment.
- Sustain and strengthen organizational culture by influencing leadership practices, communication and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Partner, preferably in high-growth, technology and/or B2B services environments.
- Ability to operate in a consultative and strategic manner, influencing different levels of leadership.
- Hands-on experience structuring people-management processes and projects (e.g., performance, succession, development).
- Analytical, data-oriented mindset with familiarity with metrics such as ELTV, WPR, eNPS and turnover.
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple, scalable and repeatable solutions.
- Clear, assertive and empathetic communication, with relational maturity.
- Ability to navigate smoothly between strategic and operational work.
- Interest in culture, leadership, performance and organizational transformation.
- Based in Belo Horizonte or the metropolitan area.
- You will stand out if you have:
- Experience setting up performance cycles from scratch and calibrating leaders.
- Experience working in companies that use levels.
