Job Description
Health & Safety Business Partner providing excellent service and support to clients. Delivering new business growth through proactive strategies and ensuring customer needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent service to your portfolio of clients
- Conduct face to face meetings or via video, telephone and email channels
- Develop a proactive contact strategy to understand client needs
- Provide commercial and profitable advice
- Encourage use of Mentor’s digital and self-service channels
- Deliver new business growth through referrals and networking
- Lead new business prospect meetings
- Work collaboratively with Consultancy Delivery team
- Maintain a contact strategy plan for portfolio
Requirements:
- Strong customer focus
- Professional qualifications in Health and Safety
- Technical Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (TechIOSH)
- Extensive experience in a role relating to Health and Safety
- Background in dealing with the provision of advice for complex matters
- Extensive experience of identifying customer needs
- Ability to identify and lead business solutions
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexible approach to serve customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
