Job Description
Technical Implementation Partner ensuring successful enterprise-scale software deployments for Patient Care Coordination solution at Qventus. Collaborating with hospital leaders and users to enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the timeline for enterprise-wide, multi-module deployments
- Work with Data Integration Specialists, Clinical Operation Consultants, and Product Specialists throughout each deployment
- Collaborate with external client teams to understand evolving requirements/needs
- Provide technical project leadership to manage the full deployment lifecycle
- Build and manage relationships at multiple levels of client organizations
- Identify and mitigate risks and advise Delivery team leaders on project opportunities and risks
- Identify process improvement opportunities and create structured approaches
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management
- 5+ years professional experience working at a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system
- Proven track record in applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in prior hospital systems (eg. EHR implementations)
- Deep domain knowledge in PAT perioperative metrics, processes, challenges, and solutions
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
- Hands-on experience and proficiency with tools such as data validation dashboards, interpreting JAVA/SQL code, complex Excel functions, etc.
- A systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail
- Passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems
- Ability to travel up to 25%-50%
