Job Description

Business Solutions Analyst at Capio Group providing OCM services and consultation for client Case Management projects. Engaging stakeholders and ensuring successful implementation of new systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) services, consultation, and support for a client Case Management project.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including client staff and external providers.
  • Document project goals and objectives; conduct a baseline assessment and gap analysis.
  • Develop a Change Management Action/Communication Plan for the change initiative.
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings and regular check-ins with stakeholders.
  • Measure the success of the change initiative and lead corrective action activities to achieve success.
  • Document all OCM documentation, templates, forms, etc. that are a result of this agreement, and associated deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Within the last ten (10) years, must have at least five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
  • Within the last ten (10) years, at least three (3) years of applying analytical processes on IT Projects experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Within the last ten (10) years, must have three (3) years of working knowledge and experience applying Organizational Change Management methodologies to an enterprise-wide IT project.
  • Must be able to provide a client/user end reference contact information for each applicable project meeting the requirements upon request in the qualification form.
  • In addition, you must be able to submit completed reference forms when requested. The reference contact must be a representative of the company for which the project was developed and must have served in a management or supervisory role.
  • Within the last five (5) years, a minimum of three (3) years of working knowledge and experience with implementation and deployment of a new software system within the Health and Human Services field.
  • Possess a current Organizational Change Management Certification.
