Call Center Agent providing inbound support to customers regarding mobile and DSL contracts. Working remotely with flexible hours from home within Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising customers (inbound)

Requirements:

  • Communicative and honest agents
  • Enjoy speaking on the phone and selling
  • Always be very friendly and honest
  • Ideally already a self-employed telephone agent with experience
