Job Description

Call Center Agent supporting customers with inquiries related to car purchases. Contributing to a smooth customer journey in online used car sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact by phone and assist customers with general inquiries
  • Support our Sales team by handling customer inquiries that fall outside the sales process
  • Coordinate closely with colleagues from other departments to research the current status of orders and ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Meet your individual and team targets in terms of quality and quantity
  • Help ensure customers receive their new car as quickly as possible — delivered directly to their door by our unique Glastruck!

Requirements:

  • Initial experience in dialog marketing / call centers or in B2C customer support
  • Enjoy making phone calls and have a structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Bring a positive attitude and strong commitment to achieving self-set goals
  • Fluent German (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage. Confident user of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
