Job Description

Customer Service Advisor providing support and financial advice to small and medium enterprises in Canada. Working with various clients on their financial products and insurance policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with members and clients from small and medium enterprises to provide financial advice and support
  • Sell or modify financial products and handle day-to-day tasks
  • Advise clients on their life, health, and accident insurance policies
  • Educate clients on group policies, coverages, claims, and beneficiaries

Requirements:

  • College Diploma in a relevant field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of relevant training and experience may be considered
