Job Description
Customer Service Advisor providing support and financial advice to small and medium enterprises in Canada. Working with various clients on their financial products and insurance policies.
Responsibilities:
- Work with members and clients from small and medium enterprises to provide financial advice and support
- Sell or modify financial products and handle day-to-day tasks
- Advise clients on their life, health, and accident insurance policies
- Educate clients on group policies, coverages, claims, and beneficiaries
Requirements:
- College Diploma in a relevant field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Other combinations of relevant training and experience may be considered
