Job Description
Case Support Analyst supporting national security investigations and providing guidance to field and review departments. Must have prior experience in background investigations and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support national security and suitability investigations
- Serve as subject matter expert on customer policies and procedures
- Answer case-related questions via telephone and email
- Review field investigations for compliance
- Provide guidance to field staff regarding investigation responsibilities
- Communicate important case information to the field
- Manage daily workload and prioritize tasks
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Current favorably adjudicated T5 or T5R background investigation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 12 months’ experience conducting/processing background investigations
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug test
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
