Job Description
Solution Advisor implementing Solventum’s clinical documentation integrity products for healthcare customers. Optimizing workflows, guiding adoption, and coordinating client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to implement CDI products according to best practice
- Guide customer change management through workflow discovery, adoption, and advanced optimization
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned teams and solutions
- Understand client short- and long-term strategy, program goals, and KPIs
- Conduct current-state workflow and configuration reviews
- Recommend workflow optimization changes using Solventum best practices
- Advocate for customers, log issues, and escalate according to standard procedures
- Own client relationship coordination and client-focused interactions across the organization
- Track overall client satisfaction survey results for the assigned client base
- Define and track key performance indicators
- Stay current with industry and product changes
- Participate in corporate programs and initiatives and comply with professional, quality, security, and corporate standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher and seven (7) years of experience as a CDI specialist or inpatient coder, or High School Diploma/GED and eleven (11) years of such experience
- One current and valid certification: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, Auditing: Inpatient Coding Microcredential, CIC, CDIS, or CCDS
- Strong understanding of Clinical Documentation Integrity and Revenue Cycle workflows
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record workflows, systems, implementation, and medical professional training
- Experience managing multiple project streams and teams
- Experience consulting with clients in health information systems
- Knowledge of assigned solutions, services, and products
- Demonstrated industry knowledge
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong client relationship, business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation, and training skills
- Ability to find creative solutions and manage difficult situations diplomatically
- Creativity and innovation
- Occasional domestic travel up to 50% may be required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship
