Job Description
Senior Digital Health Advisor advancing SSM Health’s technology-enabled care transformation. Shaping product strategy, governance, adoption, and measurable outcomes across digital health portfolios.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior subject-matter advisor for one or more digital health domains, providing strategic guidance, leadership, and delivery oversight
- Inform governance and intake processes by guiding prioritization decisions with domain expertise and enterprise context
- Partner with executive leaders, vendors, and product managers to shape product vision, roadmaps, and priorities
- Translate high-level priorities into data-driven product concepts, operating models, and success metrics
- Coordinate across portfolios to identify overlap, dependencies, standardization, reuse, and scaling opportunities
- Contribute to decision-making through analysis, recommendations, and executive-level communication
- Support enterprise adoption and change through workflow integration, operational readiness, and stakeholder engagement advice
- Support vendor RFI/RFP creation, business case development, value realization, and outcome measurement
- Mentor and coach product managers and team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience and education
- Seven years' experience
- Frequent ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 0–25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements
- Frequent near and far vision and ability to identify and distinguish colors
- Frequent hearing and speech for oral communication
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping
- Occasional ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 25–50 lbs.
- Rare climbing
- No required professional license or certification
