Job Description

Senior Digital Health Advisor advancing SSM Health’s technology-enabled care transformation. Shaping product strategy, governance, adoption, and measurable outcomes across digital health portfolios.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a senior subject-matter advisor for one or more digital health domains, providing strategic guidance, leadership, and delivery oversight
  • Inform governance and intake processes by guiding prioritization decisions with domain expertise and enterprise context
  • Partner with executive leaders, vendors, and product managers to shape product vision, roadmaps, and priorities
  • Translate high-level priorities into data-driven product concepts, operating models, and success metrics
  • Coordinate across portfolios to identify overlap, dependencies, standardization, reuse, and scaling opportunities
  • Contribute to decision-making through analysis, recommendations, and executive-level communication
  • Support enterprise adoption and change through workflow integration, operational readiness, and stakeholder engagement advice
  • Support vendor RFI/RFP creation, business case development, value realization, and outcome measurement
  • Mentor and coach product managers and team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience and education
  • Seven years' experience
  • Frequent ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 0–25 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements
  • Frequent near and far vision and ability to identify and distinguish colors
  • Frequent hearing and speech for oral communication
  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping
  • Occasional ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 25–50 lbs.
  • Rare climbing
  • No required professional license or certification
